We understand there are many reasons why you or your child cannot attend a tennis lesson. Please give us as much notice as possible, especially for individual and small group lessons, so our coaches are not left waiting on court with no-one to coach!

TENNIS COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY

- you let us know no later than the night before that they would be unable to attend.
- please send an email to [email protected] at the end of term to apply for the refund.
Our policy for missed private lessons:
- There is no charge for lessons you are unable to attend PROVIDED you contact your coach the day before the scheduled start time, so we can reschedule your lesson and offer the time slot to someone else.
- You will be charged the full cost if you forget to turn up or cancel on the day of the lesson, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- We understand that accidents, emergencies and "wake up sick days" happen that mean you can't cancel or reschedule your appointment the night before. Clients are given one (1) grace session per adult/child per year for last-minute cancellations PROVIDED you txt your coach as soon as you are aware you or your child will not be able to attend the session.
Our policy for missed pre-paid group lessons:
- You will be refunded at the end of term for any lessons cancelled by Blitz Tennis due to weather or coach illness.
- If you know you will be away for some of the term, please let us know before you book - we will invoice you for only the lessons your child can attend.
- We will refund lessons your child missed during the term if:
